• It’s always helpful to make sure all decision-makers are present
• We’ll discuss how much you are anticipating investing into space, so have a budget in mind.
• Make a list of all of your wants and must-haves. If we’re discussing adding space to your home, it would be helpful to dig out any blueprints, plat plans, or legal descriptions you have.
• Don’t be surprised. We’ll want to see the space we’re discussing. We’ll discuss the possibilities and your targeted investment range.
